The International Competitive Dancer Registry (ICDR) is a secure online platform custom-built for youth in competitive dance, designed to protect dancers by verifying identities, anonymizing sensitive data, and safeguarding performance media.
The ICDR was created as a central hub for the dance competition industry, providing dancers the same legitimacy and opportunities afforded to other youth competitive athletes, while also giving dancers and their guardians control over their identity, performances, and history.
ICDR secures dancer media through a multi-layered protection system. First, guardian identity is verified before any account access is granted. Each dancer receives a unique member ID, and all accounts are protected by multi-factor authentication, the same security standard used by banks and government agencies. This approach keeps media out of the hands of predators and gives guardians complete control over their child's exposure, ensuring that photos and videos are only accessible to verified, authorized users.
ICDR streamlines waiver management by centralizing the entire process in one secure platform. Guardians sign all required waivers digitally in a single location, studios can track completion status in real-time, and events can instantly verify that all paperwork is in order, eliminating hours of administrative work, reducing errors, and removing the stress of last-minute waiver chasing.
Studios, events, and dancers that register before December 31, 2025 will receive Founding Member status and the following benefits:
Free dancer registration for the 2025-2026 season
Exclusive discounts and benefits for subsequent seasons
Potential press and promotional opportunities
Opportunities to collaborate with our team on the development of tools and resources

The ICDR will be launching in the 2025-2026 competitive season with a more robust version to be released later.
