Raised in a family-run publishing house, Monica developed an early appreciation for clear systems, structure, and operational discipline. She went on to build a diverse career shaped by hands-on leadership and a drive for operational excellence. She scaled and sold a water purification business, led the operations and growth of a niche food manufacturing company through to sale, then founded and managed a recruitment agency that regularly placed over 300 workers across industries and earned a reputation for reliable service built on operational clarity and systems thinking. In recent years, she expanded her consulting practice, helping clients implement custom software solutions, optimize workflows, and design efficient processes. She also developed comprehensive operations manuals and training programs to support successful rollouts and long-term growth. Most recently, at ICDR, she has focused on building sustainable infrastructure for a rapidly evolving platform.
